Firstly, putting up, taking down and moving the AMR is easy if you know how. Without a doubt, our dedicated team of trained Adaptable Meeting Room installation technicians understand how to consistently deliver exceptional customer service and the highest quality installations, on-time and within budget. Specifically, 2-3 specially trained technicians install the AMR on site. This requires no specialist equipment. Importantly, our patented clamping system aids the speed of assembly and relocation with the modularisation of the design key to this. As the AMR does not have a floor and is freestanding, it is compatible with an under-floor displacement system. Additionally, this makes the AMR accessible to meet multiple needs.

Similar to the process for our glass partitions, the Adaptable Meeting Room installation is efficient and timely. Not only can the team install a series of partitions to make a great office, they can also erect a freestanding AMR. Therefore, no need to prepare.  If you have the design vision, then we have the know-how. In fact, no matter which customisation options you have chosen, the process is still the same. The panels are pre-made and bought to site to ensure a smooth and efficient build.

Optima Products Ltd warrants its products for a period of 10 years from date of supply. This covers the durability of materials, surface properties and functionality. Solid partition elements have a potential useful life in excess of 25 years. This is true if they are not unduly impacted, abrasion, distorted, or loaded. In addition they should be regularly cleaned in accordance with our approved methodology. Glazed or solid door sets, have a potential useful life span in excess of 15 years. They should not be unduly impacted, eroded, distorted, or loaded. They should also be regularly cleaned and serviced in accordance with our approved methodology.
