The Adaptable Meeting Room is designed with service integration in mind. The ceiling system of the product consists of a double layer of acoustic metal tiles, which is the ideal material for cutouts or apertures that are needed to integrate services such as sprinklers, smoke detectors, or fire alarms.
Sprinklers can be integrated within the lower ceiling tile and connected back to the sprinkler systems above the Adaptable Meeting Room via hard piping or flexible fire sprinkler drop hose.
This removes the needs to alter the existing MEP design and offers some future proofing if you need to move the Adaptable Meeting Room to a new location.
We have designed a state-of-the-art twin fan ventilation system (patent pending) which unlike most, renews the air in the room, supplying fresh, clean air through the direct vent at a minimum rate of 36 litres per second, per outlet.
Installed with an air quality sensor, the system is constantly monitoring CO2 levels, ensuring they remain at a safe and optimal concentration for people to work comfortably for long periods of time. Our sensor is designed to increase airflow when CO2 concentration reaches 1500ppm, maintaining a safe level that is well below the workplace exposure limit of 5000ppm for an 8-hour period. As a result, the intuitive sensor prevents CO2 within the AMR from reaching dangerous levels of exposure, providing a healthier working environment. The interactive features of the AMR allow you to control key functions such as lighting, climate control and even book rooms and schedule meetings from your smartphone or tablet.
