Unlike traditional meeting rooms, the demountable workspace can be put up, taken down or relocated quickly and efficiently.

The Optima Adaptable Meeting Room® comes in a range of standard sizes. Additionally, customise each of the four walls, or stay with glass. Choose from a selection of solid wall and frame finishes. If collaboration is key, then the unique writable glass wall offers a solution. You can write and draw your brainstorm ideas on the wall! Alternatively, fabric colours and textures compliment your designs and there is a range to choose from. If the environment is important to your design, we also offer a number of environmentally friendly options. To sum up, build it up, take it down, or even move it.
